You are able to cancel withdrawal requests only if the status of the request is WAITING INFO or WAITING APPROVAL.

Requests with a WAITING CONFIRMATION or an APPROVED status cannot be cancelled or retrieved.

Go to the Withdraw tab and locate the withdrawal request you would like to cancel.

Click on the Cancel button next to your withdrawal request.

Confirm your cancellation by clicking on Cancel Withdrawal.
